Why? What has changed? Are you living closer to sea level, getting older, using a different ball, etc.? Did you change your swing? Are they a soft forged club and the lofts have gotten weaker over time? There are way too many variables to go over here. The most likely cause is your swing and possibly a sway or something else that would cause you to not turn your chest and shoulders resulting in more of an arm swing and less power.

try choking up a little. it really worked for me. it gives you faster club speed.

Age? maybe time to switch over to a graphite shaft. Or maybe you havent played/ lifted weights in along time.

Many factors can affect distance of golf swing. To help you may want to look at increasing loft of club and switching to a lighter or more flexible shaft. Visit a professional clubfitter to have your swingspeed measured and clubs inspected. lists certified clubfitters in your area.
